Урок №11. On Sundays!

Task 1. What do you do on weekdays? What do you do on Sundays?

play games, sing and dance

have a picnic, visit friends

What do you usually do on a weekday? And what do you do on you day off?

Weekday – one of five days of the week when you go to school.

On weekdays you go to school, do your homework, help parents in the garden, go to music school.

Day off – two days of the week when do not study at school.

Weekend – includes two days off.

At weekend you do what you like and what makes you happy. You walk your dog, visit your friends, have a picnic, play badminton and do many other pleasant things.

Morning – time till 12 o’clock

Afternoon – time of the day from 12:00 to 17:00

Evening – time of the day after 17:00

Night – part of the day when we sleep.

In, at, on are time prepositions.

When you speak about your activities during the day, you use Present Simple. You say: I like, I play, I sing and dance. You ask a question: Do you like? Do you play? Do you sing and dance?
