Tower of Hell Appeals

The loading screen from when the game was called Tower of Hell Deluxe.

Tower of Hell Appeals is the game where banned players are sent when they try and join Tower of Hell.

This game was released to allow people to still play the game even while banned to reduce the load of work on the admins. If a player is banned, they will only be sent to this game.

It also has a unique Appeals tab in the menu that replaces the Credits tab, allowing the player to appeal their Tower of Hell ban in the ways below:

Exploiting

After joining the game and selecting «Appeals» in the in-game GUI, it will show a paragraph that the banned player must type:

«I acknowledge that i have been banned justly for exploiting and hereby agree that i will not to do so again. Furthermore i agree to have all my progress in the game deleted and wait 7 more days until i am unbanned»

After the appeal is sent, the exploiter will have all of their coins/level statuses removed. Exploiters will need to wait 7 days before they can rejoin the regular Tower of Hell again.

False Exploiting Bans

The game tells the player in the «Appeals» tab that they have to appeal to have their false ban removed on the YXCeptional Discord server.

To do this, the player must join the YXCeptional Discord server and create a ticket. This will allow the player to speak with staff; they must give their Roblox username along with an explanation of what happened.

Warning: If under 13 you will be banned from the YXCeptional Discord Server. If under this age, get a parent or guardian to appeal for you.

i don’t know what i did to warrant a ban. i have in fact reporting every single coin seller i come across, and summited tickets reporting people taking advantage of certain exploits but other than that at the time the ban came in i had accepted a group invite. but really, I DO NOT KNOW what I did to be banned. what do i need to do to rectify this?

the next 7 days I contiplated on what could i have done to trigger a Perma Ban so NOVEMBER 9th I re-wrote my appeal and submmitted it again explaning 4 possible issues that i could think of.

WHAT is going on? at this point i was more confused. so i called Amazon Support, after 45minutes of being placed on hold they finally managed to transfer me to Amazon Games rep, whom explained to me that she was TECH SUPPORT so she then transferred me to someone whom might be able to help. that someone was JT Hickey from the ban appeal message reply. He too informed that he was TECH SUPPORT and that i needed to send an appeal via their Ban Appeal web link, which is what i had done twice before! he kept goin on that in fact ANYONE can report anyone for ANY REASON and that only way to be unbanned is to submit an appeal explaining the situation so amazon can determine correct action. In other words, YOU the PLAYER have had to know why you are banned and explain your side of the story to them so that they can see if they are willing to unban you or not. again. WHAT? he redundantly explained to me 4 times that i need it to submit my appeal again, but he couldn’t give me an answer as to why my 2nd appeal message went to him.

so I proceeded to make Appeal #3 this time the reply back was ony 4hrs, below is today’s Novemeber 10th message i received.

its really hard for me to believe that such a big company is having trouble providing better customer service in matters like this. at this point i wish i could just refund but we all know thats not likely to happen after 300 hrs of game play.

do with info as you will, but tread cautiously if you are already playing in New World or if you are considering to buy this game.
