A good superpower would be something like using the force in star wars where you can alter peoples thoughts.

Another good one would be the ability to travel in time.

I’m not talking about The Matrix.

I guess if the universe were my personal dream then I could do anything I have the ability to imagine. Basically, I would have all super-powers. So I’d instantly think of all the possibilities of every possible combination of events right down to the atomic structure and experience them all. Then I’d be bored and wonder what is real that is beyond my imagination. What am I missing?

My super-power would be the choice to discover what happens to dreams when the dreamer awakes and to understand what is more real than this reality. What happens to something if there is no observer to observe it? If I am dreaming and realize I am dreaming then I can feel the difference between the dream and reality. So if I suddenly realize I am dreaming now, what would the new reality be like. Would it feel more real than this one?

Having a super-power is like being a big fish in a little pond. Can you imagine a world where everyone could time-travel or shape-shift or be invisible or dominate minds? Maybe it’s my own pessimistic view of humanity, but the abuses of these abilities seem to outweigh the benefits to me. Super-powers are super because they are rare. It’s being the big fish.

I’d rather be a small fish in an ocean of experiences larger than I can imagine.

Review: I thought this was a cute, but informative book on how to solve the water crisis. Children shouldn’t have to grow up ignorant to the world’s issues. Teaching kids simple tricks and tips can help get them in the mindset to develop solutions to our present issues.

Review: At first I thought that this book would focus too heavily on dieting for young girls, but the more I read it the more I realized the opposite. I loved that this book had a heroine who not only defied her well-meaning, but rude and thoughtless father and who felt the issues of being different, but also had her win and save herself and her kingdom. This is the type of heroine we should be teaching young children, the kind who stand up and know the difference between right and wrong, even when her own friends and family are in the wrong.

Review: I really smiled at this book. I felt that it was adorable and sweet. I loved the message about appearance and how little it really means. It can help kids who think they need to look a certain way find comfort in the beautiful selves they were born into.

Review: I thought this book was really sweet. It was cute and while the teacher isn’t perfect, the teacher and students learn that you don’t need the perfect teacher to have the perfect classroom. It could have used more true life anecdotes, but it was sweet and good as is.

This story is perfect for parents of children who love to imitate their favorite wrestlers, but do not realize that the injuries involved in Professional Wrestling are not pretend.

Review: I don’t know if you remember, but when wrestling was more popular a lot of kids got injured or died from injuries while imitating wrestling moves. I think a book like this is very needed for all kids. Kids don’t realize that what they see on TV can be dangerous and serious accidents can happen to them because of that. Definitely a must have for all little ones.

Verdict: I thought all of these books were absolutely adorable! Great children’s reads!

My kids loved it

My kids ages 3 and 7 years old both love every book by this author. This book was no exception, it is smart, funny, and a fabulous find! We can’t wait to read more. My kids loved it

It is in this book you can tell that Christopher Holley was made to write Children’s books! That he has a huge heart for children and a gift at telling stories. I have said this before he also has a gift for finding the right graphic artist for each book he writes. I have never been so impressed with a children’s book illustrator as I have been with his selections.

My favorite superpower and drawing in the book was the ability not to feel pain. The picture is a Doctor trying to inject a needle into a little girls arm and the needle is zigzagged and cant go in her arm. I am terrible with needles as I am a hard stick and I deal with chronic migraines. So, I would love to have this superpower. This one hit close to home.

Here are some wacky, cool super powers I’ve thought of.

I Recently found out that a highly similar power was made on my hero academia but I’m just put it out there that I came up with this before I found out that was a thing.

The super power is that at any time I could will tiny needles into existence around me. Those needles would be organized into the spokes of feathers. Those feathers could become wings. I would be able to control the individual needles (but more easily the feathers and wings) like telekinesis.

There are a lot of things you could do with this power. First, you could. Depending on your telekinetic skills you could accelerate yourself pretty fast, too. You could also use the feathers as offensive or defensive weapons. Since they are sharp they could slice through things quickly. If they are harder they could form barriers or shields to protect from attacks. You could also wrap them around objects and carry them.

Lastly, if the feathers are foldable, with your power over them you could organize them into any larger object you desire. Pretty cool, huh?

The second power that I’ve come up with is a wolverine/Spiderman sorta thing. This power would allow its user to project metal chains out of their wrists. (I guess it might be more similar to some depictions of ghost rider) The chains would move out really fast and be able to puncture and hook on surfaces. The user could then retract the chains at a fast speed, pulling them or the object the chain’s attached to.

This is more of a movement-based power. You might be able to wrap it around things or even itself to use as a mace, but overall its just meant to move you around really fast and cool.

This one is kinda weird. In short the user would be able to project one or more energy forms of their body around. Like imagine you see some person release a translucent-purple lookin version of themselves out of their body. This energy form would minic the movements of the body. If given mass by transferring it from the user, it could be like any melee but used at range.

You could throw a punch and your energy fist would project out of your arm and hit your target. You would still keep your hand, but you could also hit things from afar.

By making more than one of these constructs you could throw a ton of kicks in different places with one swing of your leg.

If you could transfer you’re full body mass into the energy form from a distance, you could effectively teleport, too. You would also be difficult to hit as anything that may hurt you can be dodged by moving your energy away and transferring to it.
