Ohh you poor little child;you’d be surprised how many people prefer making a new thread for an issue that has been gone through thousands of times before just because they are too lazy to search for answers.
If the solution posted above does not help its probably some hardware/software conflict.Solving that would require a lot more insight on the users system.
As a first step i would suggest looking up the system reports that pretty much every system nowadays logs and look for errors that might lead to crashes.

How to submit crash reports?
A crash report dialog appears a few moments before Premiere Pro starts to crash. You may see one of the following dialog boxes.
If requested, provide a detailed description.
If you can consistently reproduce the problem with specific steps, submit those steps. Even if you don’t know the exact steps to consistently reproduce the problem, try to provide as much detail as you can about what you were doing when the problem occurred: What operation were you performing when the problem occurred? What type of document were you using? Did you recently use any plug-ins? If the problem is specific to a particular file, feel free to share the file via Creative Cloud, Dropbox, or some other file sharing service and include a link to the file in the problem description.
Please include your e-mail address.
Someone from the product team may want to contact you to gather more information, or the team may notify you of a fix or a workaround via e-mail.
How crash reports work
In the unfortunate event that Premiere Pro or any other digital video application crashes, the crash reporter collects a log of what the app was doing at the time the crash occurred. It uploads that information into a database, and the engineering team uses that information to analyze crashes and develop solutions.
Do not confuse our crash reporter with either the Apple or Microsoft crash reporters, which do not send any information directly to Adobe.
Privacy
You have the assurance that Adobe is not monitoring your activity through our crash reporter. The digital video applications detect the crash, and we don’t know anything about it until you send the report to Adobe. The report originates on your computer.
Adding more information, such as what you were doing when the error occurred, is very helpful in diagnosing the problem. If you choose to provide your contact info such as your e-mail address, Adobe will use it only if we need to contact you about your crash or notify you of a fix or a workaround. Your personal information will not be used for marketing purposes. You can send the report anonymously if you’d like.
These reports go directly to the engineering teams, and the reports are a tremendous resource for helping us improve the product.

Guys I finally got my game right after several attempts to fix PUBG,
And I finally got it right.
Go to you’re game directory.
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\PUBG\TslGame\Content\Paks
Or where ever your’e game is installed go to \PUBG\TslGame\Content\Paks.
You will notice that there is a few files that starts with (pakchunks) and then several files that is TSI-. think it should be arround 21 files 12.9GB.
If it is more it is fine.
Cut all those TSI files out there and paste it somewhere else.
Verify the game in Steam,
After verifying your’e game should run.

Figured it out with a friends help who saw it on Google, He said it is litterly the only post to fix this error. Have fun plyaing PUBG

Ok this works you dont have to verify the game though I think these files are left over from a few updates ago and were removed if you have been updating regularly like with the bi-daily 26mb updates its just the few of us who havent played in awhile and havent updated seem to be having this issue, go here \PUBG\TslGame\Content\Paks and remove all files starting with TSI- then click play if that doesnt work then maybe verify the game files
Wolf, My steam is on auto update and my game was fully up toe date, Struggle with that eror for more than a month, Plus when I baught the game I got that error since the begining.
I just have pakchung files and its arround 360 files and i dont have any TSI file what i need to do?
Meanwhile, some troubleshot steps and keep in mind, even Discord could be the reason.
Most things I added to the list coming from other users here who did find it as the reason for the crash.
Riva Tuner recently caused crashes in PUBG so make sure you don’t use the new version of it.
Don’t use Direct X 11 enhanced or 12, both are still in beta and could be the reason.
You can use it if you have no problems after you found the reason for your crashes.
