Здравствуйте! Помогите пожалуйста! В свое время разбил матрицу на ноутбуке (удар был по крышке ноутбука). После этого подключал внешний монитор. Кулер после этого сильно шумел. Потом решил переустановить виндовс из-за вируса. По своему незнанию воткнул свой жесткий в ноут асер и так переустановил. После этого переставил жесткий в свой ноутбук но внешний монитор перестал подключаться. Виндовс при этом загружался. Теперь купил совместимую со старой моделью матрицу, установил, переустановил виндовс. Теперь дискретная карта GE FORCE 710M нигде не отображается. В биосе нет переключения между картами. в графе video memory стоит 64 MB и никак не изменить. В диспетчере карты нет только встроенная Intel. Неизвестных устроиств нет. В AIDA 64 карты нет, но зато есть неизвестное устроиство. при попытке поставить драйвер с сайта производителя пишет нет совместимостимого устроиства. Может она определилась как то по другому? Помогите!

Еще в AIDE пишет обьем видео ОЗУ 2112МБ

хотел бы попробовать 4 вариант, но у меня packard bell а там для aser

blacktur, вы биос скачайте и попробуйте вариант с обновлением/прошивкой.

у меня последнее обновление с офф. сайта только мне кажется что оно кривое. а откатить не знаю как

а могла ли дискретная сгореть?

кто нибудь поможет?

Кстати, весь описанный процесс идёт при черном экране. Это нормально, так и должно быть. Если ноутбук не выключится сам после пятого шага, то подождите для верности минут десять и выключите его принудительно (удерживая кнопку включения).

After upgrading the BIOS of my Acer 3410 laptop, it started running hotter than usual, and more noisier …

Now I don’t know if this is specific to the newer BIOS, since the overly short description on Acer’s website doesn’t mention anything related to CPU speed / coolers, etc. It only says:

Improves battery charging performance.

And since I did not have any issue with its the battery, I was willing to try a downgrade.

The version of ROM file isn’t newer than version of BIOS.

I just had to put the flag=0 and that’s it!
I was able to proceed with the downgrade.

this didnt work for me, when i changed the flag=1 to =0 the application then generated a new error saying ‘unable to delete output file’

I’m having the same problem, except there is no platform.ini file, just something called launcher.ini which doesn’t have the same setting anywhere. I tried adding it but no dice. Did anyone solve this? Thanks!

Hi Donovan,I m wondering – does this error eliminating method for Insydeflash tool would allow to flash modded bios on laptop which EEPROM is write protected, thus previously only way to flash modded bios was to use SPI programmer?
