I am unable to activate Office 365 on my PC, athought I have it installed on activated on a second PC and a laptop.

I can sign into portal.office.com with my credentials and I can see that I have a Office 365 A1 Plus subscription for Faculty associated. One of the licenses is for the latest desktop version of Office 365.

When I go to Activate Office 365, I receive a message that we couldn’t find an account with that email address or phone number.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

Did you log in to your Office 365 A1 Plus account or email on the other two computers and successfully activated?

Where did you download the Office 365 on this PC? Please check whether the ID, password, and email address entered are correct.

Since you can sign into portal.office.com, please go to “My account” page then check “Install status” to see if you have exceeded the number of devices that can be activated?

If it doesn’t help, try install Office 365 again from your portal.office.com.

Yes, I was able to successfully activate the other 2 PCs. They both show that I am logged in.

I have 3 detected installs shown in portal and this is correct. The problem machine is not listed here.

Any suggestions how to fix / configure /resolve this? Thanks again, Peter
