Here are the results of last year’s survey. Key facts include 78% of our customers tell us that we were able to pay them quickly after collecting on a debt. 82% of our customers confirmed that thier requests were handled well and with care by our customer services team. 84% of our customers state that they would work with us again.

“The shift to Cirrus represented a key shift for Macmillan to ensure that we could support people living with cancer and those close to them at a time and in a way that worked for them. During implementation planning, COVID-19 caused us a huge challenge as we were due to go live on site the week before lockdown. Improving Environmental Management Skills with RRC

Like many in the HSE community, HSEQ Director Hugo Fisher was looking to continue his training and education. As with many organisations, environmental matters are an increasing priority for his company. This led Hugo to search for a high-quality, dedicated environmental qualification to build on his existing knowledge and experience; the NEBOSH Environmental Management Certificate was a perfect fit.

The next step was to find a learning provider. After researching online, Hugo decided to study with RRC. The pricing was competitive and the feedback from previous learners was positive. When it came to choosing a learning method, a key factor was flexibility: “I’m part of a relatively small team, so taking a week or two out of my job wasn’t really feasible. I primarily studied in the evenings or during my lunch hour, so it was great that an online course was offered.”

Once enrolled, Hugo was able to study at his own pace in a way that worked best around his work and home schedule. RRC’s Online course offered the perfect combination of high-quality materials and access to tutor support when needed. When asked about his experience with RRC’s Online course and course materials, Hugo commented: “Excellent, the materials were high quality and easy to digest. The mock exams and questions on each section were very helpful. Metin Pinarci was looking to take his career as a Health and Safety Advisor in the oil & gas sector to the next level. The obvious qualification to do this was the NEBOSH International Diploma, but the question was where to study. Katherina Thomas was looking to refresh and continue her NEBOSH education to help her better perform in her role as Health, Safety and Maintenance Officer. Here is Katherina’s story in her own words:

“My IOSH mentor Brod Paul and I decided that the [NEBOSH] Fire Certificate would be a great starting point to bring my NEBOSH education up to date. I chose RRC because they offered me an excellent package that was affordable, allowing me to self-fund my education and study online in my own time whilst holding down a full time job.

I decided to do the new NEBOSH Fire Certificate which has been a challenge but rewarding at the same time. The NEBOSH Fire Safety has reconnected me with my Science background and updated my knowledge and ability. The course is well structured split into Fire risk assessment practical and written exam and it captures all the necessary skills to assess why Fire Safety is so important for competence.

I failed my exam on my first go, but had incredible support from Eva Ainscough who is my course tutor (RRC) and Jonathan Backhouse who has also supported me with so much encouragement to ensure I had a better understanding of the way the questions were structured and backing up my answers with legislation, knowledge, research and skills from my experience and course content.

I have Successfully passed my NEBOSH Fire Certificate and am proud of myself for not giving up. I am grateful to the RRC team for all your support, material, exam preparation, excellent course tutors who have gone over and above for me and other students on the course. I am now looking forward to furthering my education with RRC for my NEBOSH Diploma level 6 in Health and Safety.”
