Далее буду приводить тексты из фильма (выделенные коричневым) с моими комментариями.
Современный материализм освобождает людей от чувства ответственности и очень часто так действует религия. Но я считаю, что если воспринимать квантовую физику серьезно, то вся отвественность возлагается на самого человека. И она не дает четких однозначных ответов. Она утверждает, что да, мир очень большой и очень таинственный. Механизм не является ответом, но я не собираюсь давать вам ответ.
Мы привыкли верить, что внешний мир более реален, чем внутренний мир. Но новая модель науки утверждает обратное. Она утверждает, что то, что находится внутри нас, потом воссоздается в нашей обычной жизни.
Конечно же, ничего подобного наука никогда не утверждала и не утверждает. В фильме не было приведено ни малейшего обоснования того, где и каким образом подобное утверждается наукой, несмотря на претензии фильма быть документальным. Ни один ведущий физик, чьей предметной областью является квантовая физика, не подтвердит такую чушь и однозначно охарактеризует передергивания авторов фильма.
Почему мы считаем, что своими действиями в настоящем мы можем повлиять на наше будущее, но не на прошлое? Это означает, что у нас есть другой вид контроля над прошлым. Ну и пошла всякая мист ика.
Вспомним, что настоящие физики свои открытия не утаивают, а публикуют в заслуживающих доверия научных и научно-популярных изданиях, не нуждаясь в их перековеркивании борзыми журналюгами и киношниками. И в этих изданиях нет ни слова про сенсационные откровения из фильма-двойняшки Сeкрета 🙂 Так что очень стоит научиться различать, сказанное физиками от мист ических сенсаций далеко ушедших в шизик у.
Авторы перевирают все, даже библию, что замечено в Комментариях к фильму Кроличья нора.

Я взялся подкорректировать некоторую несогласованность субтитров, облегчить их чтение, а в результате получился другой вариант. Этот вариант лежит здесь или здесь.

Я тоже внес некоторые уточнения в перевод, касаемые в основном некоторых биологических терминов (например, нерусский «протеин» заменил на русский «белок» :)), точек-запятых, а также некоторых предложений, которые, как мне показалось, лучше звучат слегка по-другому.

Хочешь узнать, насколько глубока кроличья нора? Может быть, все вокруг нас — это лишь выдумка, иллюзия… Перед Вами две капсулы — красная и синяя. Выберешь первую — и… тебе просто необходимо посмотреть этот фильм. Живые и наглядные сцены фильма ярко демонстрируют то, что ученые сухо называют «квантовая физика». И это не какие-то трехэтажные математические выкладки, это мы, мир вокруг нас, наша жизнь. Беспристрастный взгляд на Человека. Создатели фильма показывают нам историю Аманды, фотографа. Она недавно порвала с мужем и находится в депрессии. Вместе с ней мы путешествуем по вполне обычному городу и узнаем множество необычных вещей. Например, Аманда узнает о том, как мысли воздействуют на структуру воды. Или знакомится на баскетбольной площадке с мальчиком, у которого поразительные способности. Это все от того, что он прочитал комиксы доктора Кванта. В течение фильма с нами разговаривают ученые, которые рассказывают о новом взгляде на окружающий нас мир, о взгляде квантовой физики. Мы узнаем о том, как работает наш мозг, как мы воспринимаем информацию, что происходит в нашем теле. Мы путешествуем по миру наших клеток, которые также обладают сознанием, и изучаем механизм возникновения эмоций. Наши привычки, наш способ восприятия мира — все это формирует реальность. Словно ловя эту мысль, Аманда пробует трансформировать свое восприятие мира. И что же из этого получается… В завершение нам говорят: «Не верьте нам, просто проверьте сами.» Проверим? Для тех, кто захочет немного раздвинуть границы своего мира, познакомиться с новыми моделями реальности. Фильм пытается объяснить то, что лежит за границами нашего восприятия, просто и общедоступно. I thought it was very good, i watch it about once a year! It taught me a lot of things I wanted to know. Its more of a documentary, but it does have a great story line.

A friend told me I’d like this because I’m into science, but after watching I found this to be a dangerously unscientific film. It dresses up magic and make believe with scientific sounding terms to capture audiences who can’t tell the difference, like my friend who suggested I watch it.

Rotten Tomatoes ratings suck! Not only is this highly educational, but the theories seem to make sense in spirituality (NOT religion). It’s also VERY funny at times. I finished watching the movie in a much better mood as a result of it being very uplifting.

Not is this movie slap dashed together, it promotes dangerous ideas such as thinking your way out of illness rather than using medical treatment, that nutrition isn’t important and everything that happens to you is your fault. Moreover, it completely misses the mark on anything to do with physics.

Poetically insightful, scientifically dishonest. Its great that it encourages the audience to be curious and excited about truth, quantum mechanics, consciousness, subjectivity vs objectivity, and how thoughts effect our bodies and vice versa. After it softens you up with all this wonder it tries to fill you with answers under the guise of the authority of scientists/science but in the process misquotes scientists and cherry picks data which they then use to make logical leaps in speculation to arrive at fantastical conclusions. An audience not familiar with how actual science and logic is done could be easily fooled that they have performed it correctly especially because there is some real science mixed in there to give them credibility. If watched with a skeptical mindset, the jumps in logic and cherry picking of data is fairly apparent and if ignored the film has some beautifully poetic thinking with inspiring hopes for the direction that science could take us. These are possibilities that we should be open to and look for, not take at face value. Aside from the ideas, the structuring was a bit off. The jumps it makes from one idea to the next are too big and probably intentionally so to avoid showing the flaws in their thought. They also spent too much time explaining some simple ideas (that scene at the wedding could have been fine if it was short but as it went on I just had to start cringing) and glazed over some more complex ideas (again probably intentionally so). The production quality was that of a middle school language class conversation video, but because the focus is the ideas not production for the most part I didn’t find it that distracting.

Stupid movie. They couldn’t see the ships because they didn’t know what they are? If that’s true then how does anyone learn anything new?
