Почему эти шесть глаголов стоят особняком? Давайте подумаем и сравним обычную конструкцию Complex Subject ( Сложное подлежащее в английском языке ) и частным случаем, которым мы разбираем в этом уроке.

Complex Subject с глаголами Seem, Appear, Turn Out, Happen

Итак, получается, что перевод предложений не сильно отличается, ведь по смыслу предложения «Говорят, что у нее есть молодой человек» и «Кажется, что у нее есть молодой человек» практически одинаковы. Поэтому верным является ответ 2.
